The rooms are located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna Trade Fair and just a few minutes' walk from the amusement park and recreational area at the Prater. The Messe Prater subway station is only about 300 m away, which takes you to the city center in just 10-15 minutes.

The accommodation consists of 8 stylishly furnished rooms of which all but 2 (family rooms) have a separate entrance. Let yourself be pampered in our suites with your own stylish bathtub and enjoy the night with your loved ones in our comfortable king-size beds.

Each room has its own bathroom with a modern shower or bathtub (except family rooms, which share a bathroom). The accommodation offers everything needed for daily life. There is a shared kitchen in the property with a refrigerator, stove, oven, tea maker, coffee machine…

When you get up, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, which we provide free of charge. Local supplies, restaurants and the Prater are in the immediate vicinity and will make your stay even more pleasant.

In addition, we offer our guests underground parking spaces, which can be purchased for the duration of your stay, depending on availability, for a small fee of only €10 / night.

XuBa ApartmentRooms does not have its own reception, but our guests can check in using their own check-in method. This means you can arrive whenever you want and are therefore flexible!

Our accommodation is particularly popular for couples, but our apartments are also very popular for groups, as it is also possible to book the entire accommodation.
